FloCon™ Commissioning Modules
The FloCon™ Commissioning Module is the flagship of the SAV fleet.
Modules are purpose designed to act as the distribution "hub" for groups of terminal units and can be configured for fan coils, chilled beams etc. Each compact unit has all components for balancing, commissioning and control - including multi-port manifold, automatic air vent and isolation valves - housed in a pre-insulated galvanised steel casing. Differential Pressure Control Valves (DPCV's), energy meters etc can also be accommodated, as the project requires.
The “box” – no bigger than a standard fan coil unit – can be easily and quickly located in the ceiling or floor void. Connecting up the flexible multi-layer pipes is literally a matter of minutes and the FloCon™ Commissioning Module is ready for action. Other key system components including large, fine-mesh strainer, pressure gauges and specially designed commissioning valves can all be accommodated inside the box.
